Voi Wildlife Lodge and Safari Spa:
Nestled in the heart of elephant country, Voi Wildlife Lodge is located in the Savannah grasslands of Tsavo East, Kenya, just 5km off the main highway connecting the Capital Nairobi to Mombasa.
Officially opened in 2003, the lodge is situated on a 25-acre site on the boundary of Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya's largest game parks with spectacular views of nearby volcanic outcrops, such as the Kasigau, Sagalla and Mwakingali Hills. Designed to blend unassumingly into the surrounding environment, the lodge boasts a natural waterhole often attracting big game, including elephant, lion, cheetah, buffalo as well as a rich variety of birdlife.
Easy to reach by road and air, the lodge is only a 4-hours drive from Nairobi and just 2-hours drive from Mombasa; Tsavo East airstrip is located only 5 minutes drive from Voi Wildlife Lodge, where charters are available to destinations throughout Kenya.
The lodge is ideally placed for visitors wishing to combine a 'bush' and 'beach' safari holiday in Kenya with its accessibility to Tsavo National Park and its close proximity to the coast. With temperatures in the day average 25 degrees Celsius and cooler nights, Tsavo East offers an ideal climate in which to relax, indulge in the many facilities on offer at the lodge and enjoy one of the world's leading biodiversity strongholds.
Accommodating up to 300 guests, all rooms have spacious en-suite bathrooms and are furnished in African decor that is replicated throughout the lodge. The luxury rooms comprise two four-poster beds and views of the Savannah, which one can enjoy from the comfort of one's balcony or terrace.
The lodge also has tents,with en- suite bathrooms. Each tent accomodates two beds and gives you the feeling of camping in the wild.
The lodge offers a variety of activities for families, including a children's outdoor recreation area, swimming pool and jacuzzi, two badminton courts, a volleyball court as well as table tennis and a pool table. There is also a Discovery Area complete with a mini-library, TV and DVD facilities.
There are a number of rooms specifically designed to cater for disabled guests close to the reception. Paved paths, lit by night, lead from one's room to the reception and restaurant areas.

RESTAURANT & BARS
The Tembo Restaurant
Constructed using local 'makuti' thatch, the Tembo Restaurant offers a unique dining experience with views across the plains of Tsavo East and the nearby waterhole. The restaurant caters for up to 250 persons and offers a wide selection of international and vegetarian cuisine. Bush breakfasts and packed lunches can be also arranged. The lodge offers lunch for visitors not staying at the lodge.
The Sundowner Bar and lounge offer a spectacular game-viewing platform both night and day. Designed on stilts overlooking the waterhole, the bar extends into the park allowing one to get as close as possible to the sights and sounds of the African bush.
Adjacent to the Tembo Restaurant, the Mandhari Bar provides an alternative setting in which to view game and enjoy a 'sundowner' before dinner.
CONFERENCE & EVENTS
The Chinmaya Conference Hall
Accommodating up to 250 persons, the conference hall is an ideal venue in which to hold a variety of corporate and private events. The latest conferencing equipment is available on request.
Located adjacent to the conference hall, the business centre is equipped with a wide-range of facilities designed to satisfy one's business requirements whilst staying at the lodge.
The boardroom caters for 10 persons and is adjoined by a private office, ideal for small seminars and meetings.
The Game Observation Terrace and Sundowner Bar are well-placed to hold corporate and private outdoor receptions.
