BOOKING INFORMATION AND CONDITION RATES.
Rates includes all expenses for best available accommodation in Hotels, Game lodges and camps, vehicle and Services of a professional driver/guide for the intended itinerary, entrance fees for National parks and Game Reserves. All expenses of personal nature such as visas, beverages, airport tax, tips etc are not included. Accommodation is based on two persons sharing a double. Quoted prices are based on tariffs and exchange rates currently applicable and are subject to alterations without notice.
Groups, Students and Families are subject to discounted quotations. Contact Us for special rates.
To guarantee your reservation,A deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking. Safari Balances Must be cleared 30 days to arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days of departure the whole amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. Where Cash payment applies ONLY bills printed AFTER 2006 will be accepted as payment. Check the dates on your currency before traveling.

Payments can be made by Direct bank transfer or credit card (Master card, Visa)
PLEASE NOTE: all payments made by credit card incurs an additional 5% surcharge, local bank processing fee.
Will be provided as per quotation. Transportation will be in 9-seater safari minibuses in Kenya while 4WD Landcruiser or Land Rover is provided in Tanzania and Uganda.All Tourist vehicles fitted with pop-up roof and HF radio communications. The right is reserved to hire the services of sub-contractor. Professional English speaking driver guides are provided. Other language speaking driver/guides are provided on request and subject to availability.
All cancellations must be communicated immediately. As all suppliers charge cancellation fees, they are in turn passed on to us.
Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in number of occupancy are subject to cancellation and no-show fees. Following is the scale for cancellation charges:
• 35% if cancelled between 45 and 35days prior to arrival
• 50% if cancelled between 34 and 15 days prior to arrival.
• 100% if cancelled 14 days and 24hours prior to arrival
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of tour if serious need arises, but will inform agent/ client before action. It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
The company and its agents act as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to hotel/lodge accommodation, transport, tours etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner. The laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country govern the company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the action arises. The company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or part of the services. The company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of luggage. You are strongly advised to take adequate insurance cover, as we accept no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. We and our agents act only as agents of the passenger in all matters relating to safaris. The appropriate law of the country dictates our liability of passengers.
There is an airport departure tax determined by the airport authorities.
Tipping is at the discretion of the visitor.Tips are not included in the costs but below is a schedule which could be used as a guide by the guests should they wish to tip the staff on appreciation of services rendered.
Recommended tip to:
-Waiters US$ 1-2 per table per meal (lunch and dinner)
-Porters US$ 1-2 for 2 guests per porter
-Driver/Guide US$ 5-10 per person per day.
